A global workforce

Our personnel represent the global reach of our businesses. More than 5.000 people are distributed among the many industrial plants and commercial offices throughout three continents. Tavex currently has ten industrial plants distributed between Europe, Northern Africa and North and South America. A complete network that ensures great servicing to its clients and the distribution of its products under the best quality and service conditions.   

Europe/Northern Africa

Settavex (Morocco)
Opened in 1990 in the city of Settat, it was later expanded, in 1998, 2005 and 2007. With a built surface of 61 thousand m2, it directs its production to Europe, the most sophisticated and demanding market in the world today. It employs advanced technology, with a high level of automation, necessary to obtain the Premium fabrics demanded by the European market, both as regards Denim and Sportswear textiles. 

Algodonera de San Antonio Industrial (Spain)
It is located in Northern Spain, in the city of Bergara (Guipúzcoa). It has a built surface of 20 thousand m2, and was opened in 1972. It develops the finishing processes for high aggregate-value Denim fabrics and for Workwear textiles, with specialized technical finishing.

South America Paulista (Brazil)
It is located in the municipality of Paulista, in the state of Pernambuco. It was opened in 1970 and later expanded in 1978. It has a built surface of 64 thousand m2. Its activity consists in the manufacturing of spun textiles and raw fabrics. Manufactured products are destined to the Workwear and Sportswear markets. It outstands for its great specialization and high productive efficiency and quality.

Socorro (Brazil)
Located in the state of Sergipe, it was opened in 1990 and has a built area of 27 thousand m2. It is fully supplied with raw fabrics produced in the Paulista plant. Its products are fundamentally destined to the Brazilian Workwear internal market.

Americana (Brazil)
It is located in the city of Americana, in the state of Sao Paulo. It was opened in 1975, and has a built land surface of 205 thousand m2. Its facilities develop the integrated manufacturing of Denim fabrics. This plant’s highlight is the high degree of specialization in the manufacturing of Premium Denim fabrics, with high production efficiency and quality.

Tatuí (Brazil)
It was opened in January 1978, and has a built surface of 98 thousand m2. It is especially outstanding for its high production efficiency and quality in the dyeing and finishing processes for Workwear, Sportswear and Denim textiles.

Chiguayante (Chile)
It is located in the city of Chiguayante, very near the city of Concepción, in the eighth region of Chile. It was opened in 1907, and it has a built surface of 54 thousand m2. Its production is fully directed to the manufacturing of Denim fabrics.

North America

Puebla and Tlaxcala (México)
Tavex has two plants in México, one in the city of Puebla, opened in 1994, and another one in the neighboring city of Tlaxcala, under operation since 1999. The first one has a built surface of 27 thousand m2, and the second one of 53 thousand m2. The technology it employs allows making high aggregate-value Denim fabrics, known as Premium Denim, able to compete in the highly demanding US market.
