A) WORK WITH US

B) TRAINEES

Santista Textil runs trainee programs at technical and tertiary level in a range of areas, for an average duration of one year. The aims of the program are:

· To complement school-based training and identify new talent;
· To recruit and train young people with a view to future employment.

Volunteer Work
With the aim of encouraging volunteer work, trainees have 16 free hours per month that they can use for social projects within the Action for Life program run by Santista Têxtil.

Evaluation
All trainee programs are evaluated every six months. At the end of the program, trainees have the opportunity of applying for available positions matching their performance and interest.

Santista Jr.
Trainees can develop a more rounded education by taking part in the projects developed within the Santista Jr. Program.

C) PROFESSIONAL TRAINEES

The aim of Santista Têxtil's Professional Trainee Program is to find promising young people, develop their skills and train them for technical positions within the company.

The technical training lasts for twelve months, consisting of one month of macro integration and the remaining time divided between stages determined by the process being trained for.

The selection process for the second Professional Trainee Program began in the second half of 2001, with trainees commencing activities in February of 2002.
